Customer Responsibilities:
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the move, including details of the items being moved and any special requirements. Christmas Movers is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
Storage Terms:
Storage charges apply to all items stored. Clients must arrange for pickup or delivery within the agreed storage period. Additional charges may apply for extended storage.
Prohibited Items:
Christmas Movers does not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, or illegal substances. Clients must ensure that no prohibited items are included in their shipment.
Damaged or Missing Items:
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 7 days of the move or storage service. Christmas Movers will investigate and resolve issues based on the information provided.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
